Fresno Old Guard after their 3rd win of Sharkapalooza (Old Boys tournament) in Newport Beach.
The Fresno Old Guard or Fresno Old Boys is made up of former players who wish to remain involved with the club. These guys have sacrificed not only their time, but also finances to upkeep and continue the traditions of the organization. Along the way, they have spilled blood and tears beside their brothers on the pitch through moments of joy and bouts of defeat in order to keep the RALLY FRESNO pride alive and well. But do not let the bloody, ferocious beast of a man on the field fool you. Off the pitch, and behind the scowls you will find some of the best leaders our community has to offer. These guys are professionals from all walks of life, who have contributed tremendously to both public and private sectors. Many of the Old Guard members are now coaches and mentors for ALL rugby entities here in the Central Valley. From collegiate competitions of Fresno State to the elementary Under-10 league be assured that you will cross paths with an Old Guard member.
Because of this commitment, the Old Guard pledge an annual fee of $75.00/member. This membership gives unlimited admittance for the member and their family to ALL club social events. It also grants access to discounted rugby gear and memorabilia offered by the club, and entitles them to receive our seasonal club newsletter.
